Before scheduling my appointment , I discussed with the online person via chat , individual via email and when I arrived . That the low air signal is on my dashboard and what will it cost me ? Later in the day I received a blank text with the company logo. Now I received a bill that was not itemized with the task performed. that is poor customer service. Just came in for my 5000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Todd wrote me up, asked if I wanted to wait instead of dropping it off for next day service. My first experience, back in 1995, involved a 1986 Toyota Pick up that I owned, it wasn't running very well with the altitude and the mechanic who worked on it had it running like it was brand new! The one gripe that I have would be the very uncomfortable waiting room seating. Come on guys, replace those worn out chairs!! More
