Following unexplained loss of my vehicle ID (after receiving email notification for 45,000 service) and mix-up/wrong service scheduled in service dept when making appointment, the actual service exp receiving email notification for 45,000 service) and mix-up/wrong service scheduled in service dept when making appointment, the actual service experience was excellent. I was misquoted and then upcharged for something that I was told I wouldn't be charged extra for.
