Before scheduling my appointment , I discussed with the online person via chat , individual via email and when I arrived . That the low air signal is on my dashboard and what will it cost me ? Response was online person via chat , individual via email and when I arrived . That the low air signal is on my dashboard and what will it cost me ? Response was , we can do it . when I left I was provided a bill nor did the agent take time to explain to me what task was performed on my car . Later in the day I received a blank text with the company logo. Now I received a bill that was not itemized with the task performed. that is poor customer service. I could have paid it right there and then instead of now having to deal with calling customer service on making payments. which customer service is poor these days More

My wife was already enroute to pick me up, and by the time we got home, I had a test from Todd that my vehicle was ready. I have had a very long relationship with this Dealer, mostly with the service department, spanning 20 plus years. Starting with the Service writers, who are always very professional and communicative, to the Mechanics, who have been very knowledgeable, efficient and timely. My first experience, back in 1995, involved a 1986 Toyota Pick up that I owned, it wasn't running very well with the altitude and the mechanic who worked on it had it running like it was brand new! The one gripe that I have would be the very uncomfortable waiting room seating. Come on guys, replace those worn out chairs!! More

I was satisfied with the dealership service. Ayden was great explaining everything that was going to be done with my first service. I asked Ayden if the service tech found anything with a noise Ayden was great explaining everything that was going to be done with my first service. I asked Ayden if the service tech found anything with a noise I let him know about when I dropped off the car. I just feel he wasn't honest with his answer. He said that the tech drove around the block to see if he could duplicate the sound but didn't hear anything. i looked at my invoice and noticed that the mileage out was the same as the mileage in. to me, if they drove it around the block wouldn't they be different?
