I went in to get a oil change. It cost $120 and other Toyota dealerships charge around $75. So I will not go back here to get oil change in the future until they lower there price! Been going to this dealer for almost two decades. Have worked with several service managers. Have been pleased with several of them. My current one is Jason Ledbetter. I have what is now an old car. He gives me an honest evaluation of the state of the car and tells me what service/repairs are needed. He is not pushy when I tell him I want to wait. They always stand behind their work and fix any issues I discover. More

It took two hours and two requests for call back From the service department. This situation is frustrated by the fact (per the service manager) there are only 14 persons answering phones for 13 local deale service department. This situation is frustrated by the fact (per the service manager) there are only 14 persons answering phones for 13 local dealerships. I finally gave up and started an online chat to simply schedule an oil change and the chat person was impatient and exited the chat too early to answer a question I had. I had to start another chat to get that answered. The oil change went OK but then after leaving in traffic and being two miles away I realized the dash indicator still read "oil maintenance required", so had to return to get that reset. Very frustrating. No apologies from the service advisor. If I hadn't bought an oil change package from AutoNation I wouldn't return. More
