Overcharging by 400%, $1,527. 91 + tax for an alternator replacement and $250 + tax for the 1 month old battery that did not need replacing. And when I didn’t want them to do it, they charged me $250 for the diagnostic (which I told them what I wanted done and it was pretty obvious from the symptoms), that takes 5-10 minutes to hook up an ampmeter. Never going back again. I got it fixed at the local repair shop for $375. Ripoff!! Greedy scammers. More

Efficient in getting appointments. I received 3 tire quotes. Insufficient info on new battery. One employee told me the battery had a 2 year warranty and another told me it had. 7 y I received 3 tire quotes. Insufficient info on new battery.
