I was frustrated, I bought a 2021 18,000 mi. Honda Accord in Oct 2022 at this Toyota dealership. I brought my car in for 5000 mi basic car servicing which was under warranty. Because it was a Honda at Toyota dealer, they were refusing to service my car. I had to insist on them to do the servicing, and then only with a managers approval did they do the basic service.
