When the business opened, I was contacted by Agent Carlos who immediately got me in under 12 minutes which included the paperwork order with the estimated time of delivery. Durning this process Agent Carlos was Kind, Courteous and Professional explaining the procedures that was going to be conducted during the maintenance on the vehicle. Went to the dealer for oil change. Came early before appointment time. 9:30am. Was approached by associate Miguel. He suggested change of fluid besides changing oil.
