I bought 2 tires for my Toyota C-HR and had them changed at Toyota Cerritos and it was a convenient experience. My advisor David was very kind and professional. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:15am for a 10am maintenance appointment. I also asked if the air conditioning could be check out as it was not blowing cold. My vehicle was checked in and pictures were taken. I was given an estimate time of completion around 12-12:30. and I was to receive a call. I called the service department around 1pm and was told that there was no RO open for my vehicle and the vehicle was never checked in. I was on hold for about 20 minutes while my vehicle was being located and then I was hung up on. I called back and left a message for the service department manager did not receive a call back. I called again at 3pm and was on hold again while they located the vehicle. They needed more time to complete the vehicle. When I picked it up there was apologies or any acknowledgment of wrong doing. I asked the service advisor if they had checked out the air conditioning and he said that there wasn’t anything wrong and that the pressure was good and everything checked out ok. He said that if I was still having issues to bring it back. The air conditioning is not blowing cold…they did not check it out and I feel like I was lied too and they did not care about me and my family. Bad customer service. More
