I am disappointed because Toyota Dealership schedule me to come in to have the airbags on my Toyota replaced. They asked if I wanted to wait while they replaced the airbags. I waited in the waiting room to come in to have the airbags on my Toyota replaced. They asked if I wanted to wait while they replaced the airbags. I waited in the waiting room for a long time. I kept checking to see if they were done. After about two hours, when I asked again, they said the car was ready to pick up. They did not have the airbags in stock, they would need to order them. A loss of gas and my time. So disappointing. More

didn't want to buy tires for $1100 so the service advisor and the person that gave me the quote for the tires made me wait for my longer then I should have. I arrived at 9::16am I left at 131pm my car was and the person that gave me the quote for the tires made me wait for my longer then I should have. I figured my car was ready so I walked over and ask the service advisor was my car ready He said no . I said ok. My car was just sitting in the customer parking lot for another 2 hours. I went back over and said hay bro my not ready it has been sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours. He the service advisor had my paperwork at the bottom of the pill of other customers the took his sweet time to get all the paperwork together.I was just getting a oil change More
