Let me start off by saying I have been in the auto industry for over 20 years, including having owned my own shop and being heavely involved in the Toyota world. I brought my car in for an engine industry for over 20 years, including having owned my own shop and being heavely involved in the Toyota world. I brought my car in for an engine code I already knew but didn't have time to address having to do with electrical setting off the engine light. I explained to them exactly what was going on and what had already been done and replaced and what to check out as I needed the light off to get the car smogged. They proceeded to tell me that I had to pay $1,600 to redo the same thing. They were wrong as upon doing so did not fix it. Upon failing a smog due to the light, they then tried telling me the car had to drive 50 miles to reset. This is not a thing as I very well explained to them, but to prove it, I drove 115 miles and brought the car right back. They THEN tried saying it had to be driven for a few days to reset the computer. Also NOT a thing! Its a simple clearing of codes and codes don't come back on unless there is an issue. So they kept the car to do more "tests" as the previous $1,600 dollars to replace what I already had plus $110 in failed smogs per them saying it was fine obviously didn't work. They then called me saying I had to spend another $3,000-$6,000 to fix another issue entirely that wasn't even present when I brought the car in!! I of course immediately pulled the car out of this dealership. Just absolutely appalled by how this was handled. Spent $1,600 to do the same thing that was already done as they "promised" the fix and then another $110 in failed smogs as they "promised" it was fine with no reimbursement for those lies and mishandlings and lied about other things. Strongly do not recommend this dealership. More

I have purchased two vehicles and they do all my service. I appreciated the way in which they reviewed my vehicle history to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective work to keep it service sched I appreciated the way in which they reviewed my vehicle history to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective work to keep it service schedule up-to-date. In fact, once the mechanic got into the vehicle, one item did not need to be performed at that time so they removed that service and reducing my expected bill by 40%. They take time to answer questions and review any concerns. Work is always completed when promised. More
