Initially there was a mix up about the price of checking the vehicle for problems. The service agent was able to explain about this, and assured me of what would be done to find the issue that I was experi the vehicle for problems. This is my 1st experience with a Toyota Service center and was relieved that their process was smooth and efficient. My service advisor was GREAT, Daniel Araujo! I don’t know why I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a tire rotation when I had an appointment. That’s basically all they do on your first 6 month service. I inquired about locking lug nuts for my tires and was told $125. I went to the parts department at they were $41. I’m just always SURPRISED at the ridiculous amounts that are charged for little things. That is basically just putting on 1 (ONE) different lug nut on each tire! IT’S CRAZY to me. Needless to say I skipped the purchase. But Daniel was AWESOME! More
