Initially there was a mix up about the price of checking the vehicle for problems. The service agent was able to explain about this, and assured me of what would be done to find the issue that I was experi the vehicle for problems. This is my 1st experience with a Toyota Service center and was relieved that their process was smooth and efficient. Their representative did not communicate until almost an hour of waiting to provide feedback regarding their shuttle limitations/process.
