It’s already scary enough to visit a maintenance dealer and when you get an estimate on your maintenance to be over 1,200 dollars is terrifying. Not even a proper explanation of what these “maintenance services mean”. And when I got my car serviced the “maintenance alert” wasn’t removed, nor was I suggested maintenance needed for my car. They just give you a piece of paper with a vocabulary you’re not used too and send you a picture of a random filter and you’re sent off. More
