Great customer service by Ali Asghar Tremasi. I do enjoy using this dealership as my goto for services because its close to my house. Unfortunately I sometimes have to wait at the dealer. Here is where i recommend an improvement, why is there no complimentary coffee…not even free water. Sure there is a mini cafeteria but we all dont want to by lunch. The 3 other dealers i have been to have free pastries, coffee and a water/fountain drink machine. Honestly the coffee alone makes the wait seem a lot faster. More
