I came to the dealership to have the automatic windows looked at. Only the driver's side window worked. After waiting at the dealership for 6 hours the service advisor informed me it was a child safety bu looked at. Only the driver's side window worked. After waiting at the dealership for 6 hours the service advisor informed me it was a child safety button by the master window switches that was accidentally engaged. It took them 6 hours to find a simple problem that any service advisor or mechanic worth their salt should have solved instantly. I was not impressed. Fortunately, they didn't charge me anything and rightly so. More

There is a real effort to help, to facilitate, to make it as easy as possible for the customer. There is very little waiting when you have an appointment as well. It’s a good experience overall. I used the shuttle to get dropped off at home and was able to get some work done but had to Uber to come back for the car.
