I appreciate the patience my advisor had while explaining the work my vehicle needed at the time of service. My experience with the service was unacceptable. I brought my 2022 camry in for the 5000 mile check up. They took my car in with it being clean on the inside. When i got my vehicle back from them i I brought my 2022 camry in for the 5000 mile check up. They took my car in with it being clean on the inside. When i got my vehicle back from them i inspected my car to ensure that i was getting it back in the same condition that i handed it over to them in. The exterior of my car had no physical damage however, there were fingerprints on the paint from someone with oily hands. As an act of respect for me as a client they could have washed my car seeing that they had my car for over 2 hours. The next issue that i had was that they didn't use paper mats and that there were dirt prints on my mats in the first driver and passenger seat as well as a big dirt print in the backseat door jam where it looks like someone decided to use that area a stepping stool. I didn't discover that until i did a more thorough inspection of my car once i got home from taking an long trip to the location in cerritos where i original purchased the vehicle. I will be keeping note of this experience for furture service so, that if it isnt corrected by my next service appointment to get my car serviced, i will be making a complaint and, seeking compensation for my inconvenience. Opinion: I believe that weekly evaluations should be conducted of the employees in the service department and areas and, that they test all personnel on their full grasp of what goes into good service. Not just the service. When dealing with a client who has made a commitment to a business product it is there duty to make the client feel important and treat their merchandise with the utmost respect. This isn't just about good service but, great customer service and a great experience. The way one's brand is represented by the people who work for it is a huge sign of the quality you're getting in that which you are choosing to purchase and own. If the people working for the brand do not have enough respect for the clients and their merchandise then it is clear that the brand is flawed as well and, may not be the best investment of time and money. Getting through to the Service Dept by phone can be a challenge, at times; however I was fortunate to have Ozzie as my Service Rep for my recent scheduled service on my Camry. He is amazing !!
