Went in for gas door spring issue my car is brand new and still under warranty they told me they won’t cover because they have to paint the gas door and I’m like it’s a spring issue why are we replacing the still under warranty they told me they won’t cover because they have to paint the gas door and I’m like it’s a spring issue why are we replacing the door and they said because of the economy and parts are expensive we won’t be fixing the issue and they ordered the part and mind you after waiting for the part and then going in to schedule it and waiting hours for them to tell me they can’t do it because supervisor shouldn’t they have told me that before they ordered it and scheduled me to do the job and then tell me hours after waiting oh yeah we won’t do it unprofessional and the supervisor has yet to call me back, so unprofessional. Also they moved my mirrors and changed settings in my vehicle and connected their phones to my Bluetooth as well left the gas door open when giving me my vehicle and left trash in the car. I had a nice and problem-free experience with AutoNation Toyota Cerritos. It has been almost a since I purchased a new Rav4 and this was the first service appointment for it. They advised changing the oil Toyota Cerritos. It has been almost a since I purchased a new Rav4 and this was the first service appointment for it. They advised changing the oil early to take the most advantage of the new purchase 2-year complimentary service. We also made schedules for service until the complimentary service expires in 2024.
