This was my first vehicle service experience at AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos and I would not recommend them! The drop-off was quick because I had an appointment for an oil and filter change serv AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos and I would not recommend them! The drop-off was quick because I had an appointment for an oil and filter change service but there was really no other questions asked about any issues I might be having. Brakes, noises, etc.. About 3 hours later a receive a call saying my vehicle is ready. Great! I go to my service adviser and she tells me I have to pick up my keys and paper work at the cashiers office. Okay... I pick my paper work and keys but no explanation of the service, recommendations or things I should look out for. I have to go back to the Adviser and ask her about anything I should look out for? She runs down the list of checks and concerns for the next time. I feel they failed in this department of customer service and advising me and seems like they just wanted to get people in and out. More

Took my 2007 sienna in for ABS service. They replaced the Break Actuator assembly. The also did a "free" multi point inspection. The inspection stated that they filled the motor oil. It also stated that the rear brakes were close to needing changing. I had them replaced 4 months ago. This is why a co not trust dealers More
