At this point, insurance company has denied paying vehicle owner what they deserved. There is not much we can do. It was a few thousand dollars labors and a few thousand dollar in parts job sent to your dealership, then you have refused to take on. As much as we discussed with even parts dept was on board, service dept was not willing to take on this easy tasks. Very disappointed from vehicle owner's side and our shop side as well. Do not think we will ever use your service dept again. There are 4 dealerships near by, and we chose to tow the job to your service dept because we value your parts dept's efforts, at the end of the day, our business was not appreciated by service dept.
