Took my Tundra in for service today at AutoNation Toyota of Cerritos. I was immediately approaching by several people if I need help(love that) I told then I had an appointment with Carlos Lopez,they said of Cerritos. Sadly, even with a 'waiting' appointment it seems an oil change was going to take nearly 3 hours wait. Best offer while I was waiting was to offer to leave me off at the mall next door. No thank you. Service Advisor can never be reached via email or phone. Had a nail in my tire. Took over 4 hours to get done which is completely ridiculous. Two hours would be to much.
