AutoNation Toyota Cerritos - Service Center

Had a nail in my tire. Took over 4 hours to get done which is completely ridiculous. Two hours would be to much. I know I just dropped in with not appointment, but that Took over 4 hours to get done which is completely ridiculous. Two hours would be to much. Very expensive rate, plus rude Mechanics, I wanted to fix one struct (left side), because it was making a weird noise, but the mechanic and advisor existed that I should change both (although the right side one struct (left side), because it was making a weird noise, but the mechanic and advisor existed that I should change both (although the right side was fine), because I'd be wasting my time fixing the right if the noise ever appear on that side. That's non-sense to me. The customer should be able to decide what get fix and what doesn't, bottom line! Mechanics and advisor should only recommend not enforce!! More
