Everyone here is nice and communicates pretty well. Service appointments are very long though. A normal one can take hours, and a window tint appointment for our Venza took over 8 hours. Service was great, I came in for a gas door malfunction. I was quoted an hour and a half wait. And sure enough the service rep Thomas came out to get me and let me know that they fixed the issue with the ga I was quoted an hour and a half wait. And sure enough the service rep Thomas came out to get me and let me know that they fixed the issue with the gas door and they did a full inspection and made sure the car was in great shape before getting me on my way. They also gave me a free car wash. Ask for Thomas!! More
