I have been a customer here for many years. I have purchased and leased vehicles here on several occasions. I have been treated well during these transactions. I am not so happy with the ser I have purchased and leased vehicles here on several occasions. I have been treated well during these transactions. I am not so happy with the service department though. Recently I made a 10:00 AM appointment for an oil and filter change.. It took nearly 3 hours before this job was completed. I guess appointments don’t mean much. This is not the first time this has happened. I hope in the future this problem could be corrected! More

The responses to my questions at drop off for my 5k miles service were very dismissive. I inquired about a tailgate at parts and I was pretty much talked out of it. The cashier gal had zero interest in answe service were very dismissive. I inquired about a tailgate at parts and I was pretty much talked out of it. The cashier gal had zero interest in answering a question I had about an e-mail I received. I was surprised at pick up that my car was not washed (something I’m used to from my prev car and dealership AND my daughter took her Toyota to Downey and was offered a courtesy wash during her 5k miles visit). Worst of all, I’ve e-mailed the tech twice about a picture of my battery he e-mailed me with zero context added and have yet to receive a response. I likely will not be returning even though it is as convenient as it is working at the mall. More
