It is an excellent dealership. I love to go there; it has always been helpful, but I only have one complaint about the last diagnosis that cost me almost $2000. I fixed what the diagnosis was saying, and the problem was still there, I fixed the breaks and the sounds started when I came back they told me it was the wheel bearing and it was not because I changed it twice and the problem is still there. I came to Toyota Cerritos because I needed and Oil change. The last time I came here about 6 months ago I really liked their service.
