Overall, the staff was courteous, and I appreciated the customer lounge that was pretty clean and had wifi. The service itself was fine. It would have been nice to get a quick exterior wash to top off the customer lounge that was pretty clean and had wifi. The service itself was fine. Claudia is a great service advisor and kept me in the loop about my truck. She did all the warranty work in a timely manner and told me about some minor things that needed to be looked at and threw in a loop about my truck. We went there for a tire rotation. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours! When no one contacted us,I went to the service desk to find out why its taking so long the service co-ordinator We were there for over 2 1/2 hours! When no one contacted us,I went to the service desk to find out why its taking so long the service co-ordinator seemed confused. The were not rotated! There was a good reason why were not rotated. My complaint is that we were not informed sooner! More

It was very easy to make an appointment for 40k service , drop off and pick up my car. Very little wait time. I was told it would take about 2 hours, and right on schedule I received a call that my car was r drop off and pick up my car. Very little wait time. I was told it would take about 2 hours, and right on schedule I received a call that my car was ready to go. Customer service was A+. Everyone that helped me was great. Definitely making this my go-to service location. More
