AutoNation Toyota Cerritos - Service Center

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I got there the price was 4x more than what was quoted. What made it worse was the servicer had a white I was quoted a price over the phone and when I got there the price was 4x more than what was quoted. What made it worse was the servicer had a white claw displayed as well as his AirPods in. When I called to cancel my service I was told that they had let the servicer know and when I went to pick up my car, he didn’t know and it ended up getting serviced. Then I had found out the price that I was gonna pay was for RECOMMENDED service but not once did they tell me that the services they are about to do was recommended and I only needed the oil change. The final thing that happened was that when my mother said this price was too expensive, the servicer said to her “WELL THATS THE PRICE.” I will never be coming back to here. So disrespectful and unprofessional and they didn’t even care More

I took my 2018 4runner in for service. They had several options to review but I only needed an oil change. Which they did in a very timely manner. They also rotated my tires and checked th They had several options to review but I only needed an oil change. Which they did in a very timely manner. They also rotated my tires and checked the brakes tires for wear and topped off all fluids. They gave me a ride home as I didn’t want to wait in the waiting room because of covid. When I picked up the car they also gave me a card for a free car wash at a local location. All in all a very good experience. More

Terrible Auto Service, they totally don't care about my car, they made my car cover all the dust and sand on my rear site. I just don't understand why they do this to me.
