this is a review of the Service Department only. I would give it a zero if I can. One star is way too generous. I have to go to his desk and inquire twice and he tries to argue with me that this is a normal wait. I asked for Manager to come talk to me, he says he contacted Delrey Sander but he never came. The customer service is so poor, wait is so long and I can't even discuss issues with the manager. You guys do not deserve any further business from me. To think this is my 8th Toyota and 3 with you guys. No MORE. This seems to be a chronic issues that never get resolved. A sign of your company that dosen't give a xxxx about their customers, just keep pressure selling. This review will be posted in all other social media. More

I hate to do this to any business because I am a life-long business person myself. But I have had an unfortunate experience with this dealership and am now ready to tell the story, I flew from Albuq life-long business person myself. But I have had an unfortunate experience with this dealership and am now ready to tell the story, I flew from Albuquerque to buy a car there that I found on Cars.com. The last time I saw the listing it was listed for $500. less than in the original listing. It had been about 5 weeks so I had to presume it had a markdown by then. My sales person Ryan Hilburger checked with his manager before I flew there, to make sure they would honor that price. He let me know later that they would. I brought the car home later noticing that they had not honored the $500. lower price. My fault for not having noticed it previously. But when I asked for an adjustment they have done nothing but duck and hide from me. This has gone on for weeks. I am sure I will never hear from them again. But I advise anyone doing business with them to carefully review the financials in advance, like I didn't do. And do your own inspection. They didn't even notice that one of the fog lamps was missing on my car. Pretty sloppy stuff. More
