It's a shame the tech was so careless with how dirty the car was left and soured the overall experience, because the Service Advisor Camila was very friendly and helpful. More
Our son purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Toyota on February 1st. During the finance process, we were very clear that we did not want to add any additional products or increase the monthly payment. on February 1st. However, after reviewing the contract at home, we discovered that GAP coverage and a service plan had still been included — structured in a way that kept the payment the same but extended the term. We immediately emailed the finance representative to cancel those add-ons and correct the contract. We were told to send the request once we received the paperwork, which we did. To date, we have not received any response or confirmation that this has been corrected. Additionally, we brought the vehicle back just four days after purchase to have a bumper issue repaired — something that was discussed at the time of sale. The car has now been in the body shop for nearly three weeks. We have received only two brief updates. When contacting the service department to ask about the delay and whether any type of accommodation or compensation could be considered (since we are under contract for a vehicle our son does not have), we were met with an unhelpful and dismissive response. We were told it was not their responsibility and were given phone numbers for sales managers whose voicemail boxes do not even allow a full message to be left. This has been our first experience purchasing from this dealership, and unfortunately it has been extremely disappointing. We expected transparency, communication, and professionalism. Instead, we have experienced poor follow-up, lack of accountability, and minimal customer support. We are hopeful that someone in management will address these concerns promptly. At this point, we are considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as we feel we have exhausted our attempts to resolve this directly. More

I have been using this dealership for five years -- first for service on my Toyota Sienna. Then I purchased a new Prius from AutoNation and hand an outstanding experience (be sure and ask for Dom Paez!). Now for service on my Toyota Sienna.
