I want to Auto Nation to inquire about a Toyota Tacoma and was greeted by Brieanna Rau with a big smile and handshake. She explained to me about the shortages of Tacoma’s, especially the exact one I was interested in, a black one with gloss black wheels, 4 door with all the bells and whistles and a manual transmission. She also explained about the ordering (or should I say the non ordering process. She took the time to show me just the one I wanted that was on the floor but it had an automatic transmission. She even told me she could arrange to have gloss black wheels on it. I explained to her that the present vehicle I have and although it is driveable, the damage it suffered while towing it behind my RV this past summer May cause it to be a total loss. Brieanna was never pushy just to make a sale and was very understanding of my financial situation. I’m a very patient man so after the vehicle I have is re-assessed on the damage it has and (hopefully) totaled, I will meet with Brieanna again and talk about a down payment needed to secure a Tacoma that I want when it becomes available within the 300 mile radius that this dealership deals with.
