On January 30, 2023 when I showed up for my first complementary service I was walking through the dealership and as soon as she saw me she greeted me with a big smile, which was so nice being that no one in the Service Department had, they all looked so grumpy. Roberts started talking to me asking me if I had any questions or concerns regarding my Rav4 and had a answer to all my questions. She even walked me over to the service counter and told the person at the counter who by the way was very pleasant, and told him what I was looking for. I felt like I was shopping at Publix Supermarket where the store attendants take you to the product you are looking for and not just telling you what isle it is in. It is very rare to find a sale consultant that cares about you after they made the sale. Roberta made me feel like a valued customer. More
