Auto Nation Toyota is the first dealer I have ever worked with where I never have to worry about getting a bad deal. Senior leadership does not stand behind five-day return policy and lies about the policy. Vehicle purchased was returned on day four and I was advised by Charlie (at Ed's direction) that there is no possible way I am returning the vehicle and getting my trade in back. I advised Charlie that I was within the terms of the contract and also within the terms discussed with sales manager at the time of purchase and through the time of return. Charlie stated returns were at their discretion were my purchase documents clearly state an individual can return a vehicle for a full refund within five days or 250 miles. Dealership gave me a second vehicle to consider purchasing. When I advised management that I didn't want to purchase at their asking price (due to $9k accident repair bill left in glove box) and wanted my original vehicle returned. I was advised in no way was I getting my vehicle back and they would report the vehicle they provided to me to drive stolen if not returned immediately. SENIOR LEADERSHIP AT THIS DEALERSHIP IS EXTREMELY UNETHICAL!!!! More
