There was a recall on the paint of my 2012 Toyota Highlander. After contacting the dealership, it took 3 months before it was approved. While it was being painted, we received a 2022 Highlander as a Highlander. After contacting the dealership, it took 3 months before it was approved. While it was being painted, we received a 2022 Highlander as a rental car. When we received our Highlander back, the body was painted, but there were a few dentations in the paint job. The service was excellent, while the paint job was good. More

i had the opportunity to have 2 sales reps christine and peter and they were both amazing!! this is our 3rd highlander we love how spacious it is and how reliable it is so after our car was totaled we knew peter and they were both amazing!! this is our 3rd highlander we love how spacious it is and how reliable it is so after our car was totaled we knew we wanted to go back and replace our highlander with a highlander. it was a great experience. our loan officer Daisy was amazing as well. made our transaction very easy and pleasant. kept communicating with me at all times which i love don’t like to be left in the air but Daisy made sure she communicated every single detail with us. my husband and i are looking forward to purchasing another vehicle and we already know where we are going.
