They also kept a check from my bank that was 74k and didn't return it and that was over a month ago. what's going on over there auto nation. I'm going to let the everyone know that your company doesn't do business properly this is the worst vehicle purchase i have ever been a part of and i sold cars for 5 years. Over charged for my tundra. After being patient for weeks and numerous text, emails and phone calls I’m tired. Auto nation is one of the biggest dealers in the car industry and fir fort murres Toyota to tell me that they would muse it right and send me a check for $1200 owed to me then tell me that the money will come off the principle after weeks of this deal is wrong and unacceptable. Im 3k plus miles away and to handle business like that is disappointing. I trusted in this dealer to do what was promised. Then they asked me for a review so o have to be honest and say that the customer experience was horrible, communication and promises were horrible. Please don’t purchase a vehicle from them if you’re out if state. Frustrating. He asked to me to remove the review and told me he would send me the money and to write something nice about the company and like any regular person i did that and he never sent me the 1200 check. They also kept the check that my bank sent them for 74k and didn't return it after i did financing through them. I had an appointment at 3 pm (I arrived on time) the specialist told me it would take two hours for tire rotation and oil change. I told her that my car was ready....the specialist looked at the printer of the first specialist and saw the paperwork ready, gave them to me, I signed it, and she gave me keys. What bothers me is that no one came and told me the car was ready! Apparently the specialist had left without follow up...I'm disappointing that no one cares for the customers time. More
