Your lengthy customer wait times is simple to solve, namely do not extensively overbook appointments and service completion times as you presently do, to make up for appointment no show appointments. To address no shows, either discount your service costs for those that promptly show on the appointment date and time, or charge a non refundable fee when the anointments are made and completed futuristically, applied as credit to service charge when completed at the future appointment date, or forfeited if a no show occurs.,
