I dropped my car off to get a complimentary oil change and tire rotation. Before I knew it the service rep had added services totaling almost $400! So, you must watch carefully and review everything they do before agreeing to anything. Then, I got an email that itemized my services at $100.04. When I went to pick up my car I was charged $133.53. Unfortunately, I didn't see the email before I picked up my car. I still cannot get anyone to talk to me or answer emails about resolving this discrepancy. Beware!
