The representative by the name of Dan at this dealership will bend over backwards to help his customers with a fair situation. I only gave them two stars for the politeness of the reps. Here is what happened: I made an appointment on Thursday for 2pm for an oil change and tire rotation. At 4:22pm my service rep told me it would be about 15 minutes until complete and apologized for the inconvenience . At 5pm the service rep said it would be right up. At 5:20pm I asked the rep to give me an honest answer as to when the vehicle will be ready. He never gave me one but did show up at 5:45 pm saying the vehicle was ready. Service rep also informed me the reason it took so long was they discovered a nail in the tread of the left rear tire and they would waive the fees because of the wait time. On Saturday morning I went to drive out and found low tire pressure on my right rear tire. I have filled it with air twice. I’m not sure I want to go back to get them to fix it unless I pack a lunch. Not only did the service rep lie to me but if it takes 4 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation it’s time to find somewhere else. In addition they never put the oil change expiration notice in the window. More
As soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Gillian was very honest with me about the amount of time it would take for a routine oil change, as was Tommy my awesome salesman. Yet she was able Gillian was very honest with me about the amount of time it would take for a routine oil change, as was Tommy my awesome salesman. Yet she was able to move me right along within a two hour window, which I was very pleased with. I will return for the next oil change because of the extra attention Gillian showed me that day. She is certainly a concerned customer care specialist. And now, I am aware of the length of time a typical oil change will take (3 - 4 hours) at AutoNation. More
WOW! Every time, YES, every time, we have an appointment there for lof service it takes them 2-4 hours! AN APPOINTMENT! An appointment means they Every time, YES, every time, we have an appointment there for lof service it takes them 2-4 hours! AN APPOINTMENT! An appointment means they start on your vehicle shortly after you arrive. For those that don't know a lof service is a lube oil and filter replacement. This takes from start to finish less than 30 minutes! I know, I owned an independent Auto Repair facility for over 40 years. In my shop, every employee could receive a work order, get the vehicle, and properly install it on the lift. Drain the oil, change the filter, check the entire underneath of the vehicle, and check all 4 wheels' tire pressure and the spare. Check all fluids, belts, and hoses, and install new proper oil and fill washer fluid. Hand in a written report as to the condition of the vehicle for discussion with the customer if any was needed. return vehicle to the parking lot backed in for ease of departing customers. ALL in less than 30 minutes! My wife was just told while trying once again (since we sold our business and moved to Florida she prefers the dealer) for an APPOINTMENT, that it takes 2-3 hours for this service. Lying to customers should never be tolerated! Period! This dealership obviously needs serious training in ALL departments! More
