I sent him and the sales associate an email inquiring about it. The sales associate responded that the manager was on the thread. The manager never did respond. Disappointed!! More

Very smooth, fast, and efficient in every department, from the sales department to the service one. When we moved we decided to change our 2010 Highlander for a new 2022 Rav4. We went to this dealership and wow!! This place is the complete opposite from any other Toyota dealership we have had to deal with. Even though we were paying all cash (with a check) for our vehicle, it took us from 12:00pm to 9:30pm to complete the purchase. Absolutely horrible experience!! Needless to say that we still do not know a lot of the features in our new vehicle. The salesman did not have any clue about any feature. He was on his phone throughout the process. Also, very unfortunate, but we have to go back to service our vehicle as a part of the maintenance. Well, every time is a dreadful time! We are super diligent to make appointments, the staff NEVER respects the time of your appointment therefore what it should take half an hour it normally takes 3 to 4 hours. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and if you really want to purchase a Toyota, go to a different dealership. More
