Very average service. Long waits for simple service. 3 hours blamed because they couldn’t get in touch with me to figure out what was needed. Umm, I put the resin for service in the online reservation and I was sitting just outside the service area working on my laptop. Instead they just let the vehicle sit there until I finally went inside to inquire. Lack of effort and customer service. Incomplete work. Guess what? I turn on my car after service and it tells me “need service, go visit dealer”. C’Mon guys. This is basic stuff that isn’t being handled. I cannot wait to get finished with my prepurchased seer ice package so I can start bringing my Toyota to the Lexus dealership for good service. More
