It took way too long, an hour longer than told at the beginning. They schedule too many appointments at set times. I had an appointment for 10am and left at 1pm. I came in yesterday for service. I couldn’t get to the right area. A young man using a cane offered to take me to another department while apologizing to me . ( so kind) I finally I couldn’t get to the right area. A young man using a cane offered to take me to another department while apologizing to me . ( so kind) I finally got where I was supposed to be and Anthony Jane took over. He told me it could be up to 4 hours and wanted to know if I had a ride. No, I thought it was going to be 2 hours. He got a Lift to take me home and when finished returned me for my car. I am 86 and don’t like confusion,your staff was very considerate and kind. Your service is welcomed in this day and age . Thank you. More
