You create your own conclusion! I bought a 2016 Cadillac XTS from Autonation. The day i got it home, my dad realized the running light on driver side was out. I called the next day to get it replaced because the lights werent on when i bought it (daytime) i mean it had a 100+ point check per Autonation. They had me bring it in the next day. The service man said"get his vin # so we can see if we have it in stock." Well, i could have given that over the phone. But, even mire concerning,,,i bought the car there. They could have looked it up. Guess what? They had to order it! The dealership haggled about whether they were going to repair the headlight. They involved the used car mgr to approve the repair. I waited over a long time to get that headlight approved to even order. While i was waiting to get the green light for the headlight, a pump in the rear differential went out. Thats no problem! I bought the "COMPLETE" Drive Train warranty. I called Autonation to see if i could take it to Cadillac for repair. They said yes! So, i did! Cadillac reached out to the warranty company & guess what???? They wouldnt cover it. So, $2000 cash out of my pocket later, i drove away straight back to Autonation to cancel the Drive Train Warranty. While i was at Autonation, i asked the F&I guy to call service to green light ordering my headlight. He called 7 people. NO ONE ANSWERED ANY OF THE CALLS. So, i leave & i wait!!! I now have the General Mgr contact me telling me how he will make this right. I heard from him once because of the review & i called him. All the nice things he said made me feel good for a minute. They did order my light. But, he was going to give me credit towards future service or something. No more about that! Finally, i get the call the light is in & can bring my car in. I do! This will take longer than expected & give me a rental for the night. The next day, i get a call telling me there was something wrong with my bumper and they "would not" let this one go on like that. Theyre giving me a new bumper. Hmmmm Maybe there was? Three weeks later, i call to ask about my car. They tell me it was supposed to have been delivered. It hasnt. I still dont have my car & no communication!!! I made a payment on the car & between the differential pump & Autonation has had it longer than i drove it. I may not even want it now???? I feel like i like other cars now???

SUMMARY..... FOR NOW! *I'm out $2000 cash "out of pocket" *The car has been in the shop longer than I've driven it. *The communication is FLUFF. If there is ANY *I've made my first payment & don't have the car. *Made my second insurance payment & don't have the car. *I no longer have a warranty. *My payments didn't go down. *I've waited 3 weeks for a headlight * bumper to be replaced.
