Showed up for my first new car scheduled maintenance appointment. The check in process went ok. Very detailed pictures of my vehicle was taken by intake person. What could have been better. 1. I said this was my first scheduled maintenance at Toyota so maybe explain how things work so I’m not guessing what’s next. I had to ask for direction to the waiting room area. 3. After two waiting two hours and others that came after me started to check out, I went to the desk to check on the status of my car. The gentleman asked me who was my service agent? I could only give him the name from the email I received scheduling the appointment. He said that was the service manager. He then said when your car is done who ever your service agent is will come and update you. 4. I wasn’t satisfied with that answer so went to look for someone who could at least help me to identify my service agent. Someone saw me looking around as asked if they could help. That person took the time to look up my car. He said the guy that checked me in outside was my assigned service agent and he should have explained that to me, also he informed me that he had left for lunch. The gentleman saw my car's paperwork and saw it was complete and helped me cash out. Not a good first impression of Auto Nations Service Department. I didn’t feel like a valued customer until I ran into the guy that was kind enough to help me. Wished I got his name. More
Coming into automation fort Myers for service was easy and effortless. From the minute I arrived I was attended to. He told down my information confirming my scheduled appointment. I was twenty minutes and effortless. From the minute I arrived I was attended to. He told down my information confirming my scheduled appointment. I was twenty minutes earlier but that was not an issue. After that he instructed me to go in the waiting waiting and wait to be called. It was about less than ten minutes when I was called by Dan who told me what was going to be done to my vehicle since it was the first service to vehicle since my purchase in May of this year. He confirm that he had my correct cell number in case I left the premises. I did go to the stores to waste time but it was less than an hour when I received a call from Dan that my vehicle was ready. I expected it to be two to three hours. Went back to the service and picked up my car and left. Nice easy day at the service department at auto nation Toyota. More
