I really enjoyed the free oil change and tire rotation given to me for my loyalty. It took an hour and a half, and I was assigned to an advisor which the service manager knew was on lunch. She seemed to be prioritizing paying customers over free customers. New employees should acquire better people skills. More

everyone at the dealership was very friendly and the work was done professionally.....but.....I had an appointment and it still took me 4 hours to get an oil change done. That's just not good. Scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation for Saturday. Appointment was for 1:20 pm. Upon checking in, rep told us it would be at least 3 hours even though on making the appointment I put down I Saturday. Appointment was for 1:20 pm. Upon checking in, rep told us it would be at least 3 hours even though on making the appointment I put down I would wait for the vehicle. After 3 hours rep tells us the vehicle just went in for the work to be done. It took 4.5 hours for the work to be completed. Unacceptable! Dealerships, and this one in particular, need to do better. That's 4.5 hours of my time! Why are so many people frustrated...start here. Undercover boss on this place! More
