Service was complete, the only thing that it took longer than I expected. I had an appointment for 11:00 am and didn't get out until after 1pm. than I expected. I had an appointment for 11:00 am and didn't get out until after 1pm. More
Convenient location with average sales people. I had an appointment for my 10,000 mile check. I received literally a call, text, or email every day for 2 weeks before to remind me & confirm the appointment. When I arrived 15 minutes early, I was told it would be a 2-3 HOUR wait because of under staffing. The service advisor, Zachary, was extremely apologetic and kept me updated and I do understand it was not his fault. Why did the service department keep reminding me of my appointment and telling me to make sure I was there on time when they obviously couldn’t handle the cars for that day? The appointment was originally made 6 months out. I would have been ok with a reschedule. More
I have leased my last five vehicles from here. Excellent customer service, from the salesperson to the repair person. Roberta and Liz rock!! Excellent customer service, from the salesperson to the repair person. Roberta and Liz rock!! More
Dealer Offered Free Oil Change And Tire Rotation, But Of Course, They Do The Absolute Minimum... I Knew It Was Going To Be A While And I Was In No Rush On A Free Saturday... But A Few Hours Later... No Tire Course, They Do The Absolute Minimum... I Knew It Was Going To Be A While And I Was In No Rush On A Free Saturday... But A Few Hours Later... No Tire Rotation (I Marked It Knowing How Dealers Can Be)... And The Oil Change I Should've Checked Sooner But One Week Later... I Bought My Own Jack And Went To Do My Own Tire Rotation... Found Out The Oil Was At Its MINIMUM If Not LOWER... I Added Half A Quart For The Oil I Use Myself As I Was Planning On Doing Myself But Free Is Free... Plus You Would Expect Better From The Dealer... I Even Specifically Advised The Service Advisor... Who Is Great But I Don't Think It Got Through To The Tech... And When I Was Under My Truck... I See Old Oil All Over The Filter Housing... Cant Even Tell If Leaking Or Just Not Wiped Off... I Worked As A Tech Before... I Know How It Goes... But Seems Like Imma Have To Keep It With Myself... Luckily My Truck Has Always Kept Me Well... I Do Have A Recall With Parts On Backorder... Not Even Sure Of An ETA On That But... Makes Me Want To Do That Myself As Well... The only problem that I had was the dealership was going to change the agreed to price on the car. I waited three months for the car and they said the price increase. The finance guy said he had to get the to change the agreed to price on the car. I waited three months for the car and they said the price increase. The finance guy said he had to get the sales manager to sign off on the original deal. I don’t understand why you would do this, it lacks integrity on your part. More
We had a 2020 Toyota Sienna with less than 7000 miles. We lost it due to flooding from hurricane Ian. When we went to the dealership we were just going to look. It was raining, dark and they were about to close. There was not much to chose from. Because of that we felt pressured to buy, not from the salesman or dealership, but because of the circumstances. We bought a Highlander. Not really liking it. Loved my Sienna. I feel squished in the car. The seats are really hard and uncomfortable if you have back issues, which we do. The headrest are horrible. They push your head forward and make your neck hurt. Come on Toyota, you can do better. This being said, I am disappointed with this car, it’s just not my Sienna. Wish I could/would have waited. We have had so much loss. And no garage door opener. Which I didn’t notice, until I got home. At least we felt no pressure to buy a bunch of add ons, which was refreshing. More
