Mr. Donovan Moss was my service advisor and he worked very hard to communicate with me (my cellphone was not working after Hurricane Ian). When I was able to contact him he gave me accurate information very hard to communicate with me (my cellphone was not working after Hurricane Ian). When I was able to contact him he gave me accurate information as 1. What was wrong with my car, 2. How much it would cost, and 3. The cost of repair. I would return to AutoNation Toyota for service again. More

I am in my late 60s and have bought over 75 vehicles in my lifetime. This is the worst car buying experience of them all. This is the most dysfunctional dealer and staff I have ever dealt with in 45+ years my lifetime. This is the worst car buying experience of them all. This is the most dysfunctional dealer and staff I have ever dealt with in 45+ years. Phone calls not returned for days throughout the process. When I flew into Ft. Myers to pick up my car there was no dealer transportation to the dealership. There was only 1 key with the car so I had to wait an extra hour to get a second key. Follow up consistently non existence. It took them 13 weeks to process my out of state registration. Temp tags ran out twice with no follow up. Safe yourself the hassle and buy your car elsewhere More
