I first went to this dealership in 2006. There I met Roberta Billings. I always equate going to a car dealership to a root canal. Neither are pleasant. What a surprise I received when I met this professional, honest, and hard working woman. She was not in my face trying to sell me the latest, greatest product. She listened and she listened well. Suffice to say when I was ready to purchase another vehicle, (Yes, I drove that 2006 Rav 4 for 16 years) I again returned to see Roberta for another Rav 4. It goes without saying that this dealership is an hour from my home, but I would drive even further to have a true professional sell me a car. More
They overbooked. Had appointment. Waited 45 min to get someone to talk with me about oil leak when I had just brought it in 2 mo prior to get it changed. Waited 2 hou Had appointment. Had to ask several times when it would be ready. I usually get good service here. This was a bit of a fluke. More
Went in to pick up a used Tundra. First, the vehicle hadn’t been washed or detailed like the salesperson said it was. Bug splatter that was present when I first viewed the vehicle was still there. I wash my own vehicles so I know when a vehicle has been washed. Second, the finance guy was having difficulty transferring my old license plate from my previous vehicle (who’s registration had not expired) to the new vehicle I was purchasing. He kept fiddling back and forth with my license plate and the computer. I asked him what the holdup was and he said that the problem wasn’t on his end, so he’ll just “slap” on a temporary 30 day tag and that I should receive the new registration and sticker in the mail. I asked him what was the problem and he said that the DMV sometimes does that because the vehicle I was trying to register has a lien on it. So I then got up and I told the guy that when the lien comes off the vehicle like he said it would to call me back and I will pick up the truck because I did not feel comfortable with taking possession of a vehicle that had a lien on it. You should have seen the look of frustration on the faces of the finance guy, the manager, and the salesperson when I told them that I would come back when the lien has been cleared. The sales person told me that these things happen all the time and that those liens were administrative in nature only and it’s not a big deal. So I then replied if it’s not a big deal then why can’t I wait until the lien is cleared to come back and get the vehicle? No big deal right? I didn’t feel comfortable taking possession of that vehicle at that time because of the lien it had on it. I was told that there is some report on a computer that they review every day to check on the lien statuses of their vehicles. I still haven’t heard back from them. Just one more note…the salesperson was friendly and professional overall during the process, as was the staff. 1. Don’t lie to customers about washing vehicles 2. Share data about liens no matter how much you “ think” it’s not a big deal. More

Made an appointment for an oil change. Knew I was going to be 20 mins late. Called & was on hold 20 mins. Never spoke to anyone. Opted to leave my # instead of waiting any longer. The associate called me up & said he was only rotating the tires. I asked why when I called to make an appointment did they tell me I needed an oil change???
