Wasnt greeted for service by advisor in service entrance, had to go inside for assistance. Advisor not available, someone randomly said just leave the keys we will take care of. Service completed, advisor never called me, no recommendations were made, care didn’t have paper on seats or floor board, i feel like in past they would do complimentary car wash, nothing was done. Went to pick up, again advisor not available, had to go to service desk and ask for help, they said who is your advisor i said i was never given one, they went to find my invoice, handed keys and that was all. Had no recommendations, no information about my truck, wich I’ve bought from them. The windshield wipers are poor condition and no fluid, nothing adjusted or recommended. I will not return to this dealership More

I was contacted by an employee of Auto Nation Toyota Fort Myers Florida who told me my Tundra was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I was directed to see Shelly my regular service writer who took care of everything from that point on. The dealership was a little busy and the servicing took about 2 hours. I waited in the spacious waiting area until Shelly contacted me that my truck was finished and ready to go. A few signatures later I walked out with my truck good to go for another 5000 miles. More
