Quick checking for service and my service writer Megan was very nice. Came in to have tires rotated and was told I had been scheduled for an alignment and tire balancing as well. I requested to add an oi was very nice. Came in to have tires rotated and was told I had been scheduled for an alignment and tire balancing as well. I requested to add an oil change as well. When I asked about the approximate time it would take, I was told about 2 hours. Four hours later when paying for the service the bill had ballooned from a low $300 figure to over $425! I had been told the wheel balancing would be $9.99 but the final bill showed the charge as $99.99. To her credit, Megan took responsibility and had the charge removed. In addition, it was determined that my battery was so weak that it could not be charged. Under the original warranty, it was replaced. All in all the experience was good but not bad excellent. Megan is a credit to Autonation and I would be happy to deal with her again in the future. Final thought… when I tri d to schedule this service appointment on the website, my phone number was not recognized and I could not proceed… this was inconvenient and frustrating as I know my contact information should be on file since purchasing my 4Runner in 2019 More
