Recently had my Toyota service done for basic oil change and rotated tires. Had an appointment scheduled, arrived on time and waited 3 hours. For many years I have purchased a number of vehicles from Ft. Myers Toyota without complaint. It seems that now that they are Autonation and I am having problems with a defect situation, they are not getting Ft. Myers Toyota without complaint. Bought used car from them. Would not recommend. Told by salesman it was a 1 owner vehicle, that was not true. The car fax showed 2 owners and only 8 months of manufacturers wa Would not recommend. Told by salesman it was a 1 owner vehicle, that was not true. The car fax showed 2 owners and only 8 months of manufacturers warranty, not the 13 they said. Car had chipped windshield they would not fix, They told me to file a claim with my insurance as nd being that the loss occurred while it was not even owned by me I felt that would be deceptive. Please check everything out thoroughly yourself and do not take anything they say as gospel. Certainly I must take responsibility for not verifying everything for myself and trusting this dealership.
