The service dept was very busy and you can't check out unless you see your service technician. Had to wait while another customer was with the advisor. We took our Highlander in for a recall. No one came out to check us in. We are very disappointed in the Service we received. We had an appointment at 10:00. We also had our tires rotated. I was new to this dealership and from the time I pulled in, which I had no idea where to go to other than following other cars, there was no direction on what to do. It took 45 minutes before they checked in, which I had no idea where to go to other than following other cars, there was no direction on what to do. It took 45 minutes before they checked me in for a routine service on my new vehicle. I had an appointment for 10:00 am. I sat in the waiting area, which was nice they provided complimentary coffee, for 2 hours and to find out all I needed at this time was a tire rotation. Needless to say I was not happy taking 2 hours and 45 minutes for tire rotation. More
