Absolutely worst service department. I was in to have my vehicle service and had an appointment already scheduled for 2pm. It took half hour to be in acknowledged and was even checked in I was in to have my vehicle service and had an appointment already scheduled for 2pm. It took half hour to be in acknowledged and was even checked in by an advisor until 3:30. I finally left the dealership at 5pm so why does it take almost 3 hours to have an oil change especially with an appointment. This isn’t the first time I have had service issues with this dealership so not an isolated incident. Very disorganized service department. You can tell they don’t even care and waiting are is a total joke you to pay for every refreshment unlike every other dealership. You are paying so much for their services, you would think they can get the details right. It’s time to go back to Germain in Naples where they actually care and want your business, I will gladly drive 45 minutes farther to not deal with Auto-nation’s crappy service More

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. When I received my car back the check engine light was on. The light was not on when I brought the car in! They told me it the coolant bypass valve n When I received my car back the check engine light was on. The light was not on when I brought the car in! They told me it the coolant bypass valve needs to be replaced and want to charge me $700. I looked it up and this part only costs $60! This dealer is a bunch of scam artists. I will never be going here again. They damaged my vehicle and they expect me to pay an absurd amount of money to fix it. They tampered with the vehicle! It is not a coincidence. I demand that they fix what they broke for free! This is absolutely ridiculous. Horrible horrible horrible dealer. More

I was not very happy with the service that I received the last two appointments. The first one I waited for two hours I specifically told the guy that I needed the work done in three hours!
