I came in for my first oil service and spent 2. 5 hours which is a longer than expected. It took about 30 minutes before I was checked in for service. After sitting around and seeing all the long faces of everyone in the waiting room I went back outside and found the valet who checked me in, but put me behind several people with later appointments. It would have been nice if the two people I talked to inside service told me to stay by my car and check in with the valet out there. More

I bought my car from them and I've gone twice now for an oil change and basic services. They are ALWAYS very friendly and work hard to take care of their customers. He said if there was anything wrong he would let me know.I was sure he was going to come out and tell me I needed a new battery or something. I waited about an hour, he came out and said the car is done and that everything was good,I asked what I owed and. he said nothing.I think that is the first time I ever walked out of a dealership with out paying anything.The young man I think the young man’s name may have been Rick he was filling in for someone else he was very polite and didn’t, seam to be going through the motions. I purchased this car on 6/14/2022. I went to the dealership on the 15th to pick the car up and the paper work with it. The receptionist tried getting ahold of someone in finance for over 30 minutes to get the paper work for the car. Nobody ever showed. I left them my address to just mail it to me. Still have yet to receive the paperwork. Mind you I did not finance through your company. I drove the car to my rental house and it sat all week until Saturday the 18th when I proceeded to drive this vehicle home to West Virginia. I made it from Fort Myers to Orlando before the inlet coupling on the fire wall decided to blow out and over heat on the interstate. Spent the next hour trying to get a tow truck to pick me up to take me to the nearest dealership. I ended up rigging it up to limp it to Orlando to an Audi dealership where it still sits. My wife has been waiting since Saturday to drive the car home and I’ve had to pay out of pocket to put her up in a hotel since Saturday. Now the dealership is going to reimburse me for that which I am thankful for. But now who knows how long this vehicle will sit before being fixed and I have to purchase a flight back to Orlando to pick the car up. More

We've had our car serviced here before and it was good. This time we brought it in for a grinding sound in the driver's side rear wheel well. After waiting 3 hours we were told it was a can and some pamphlets in the rear passenger door. Also the receipt stated that we asked for a multi point inspection, which we did not. We had a specific problem. We returned home and lo and behold the sound continues. Grinding and clattering are not similar sounds to any degree. We didn't just fall off a turnip truck. We have reached out to the service manager several times but have not heard back. More

As a new Toyota owner, I have been impressed by the ease of setting up appointments for service and recalls. It is a bummer to have to wait four hours each time for service.
