I had an appointment for 8:30. I arrived on time. I waited over 4 hrs for a simple oil change. That's unacceptable. When I received the bill there was a $10 miscellaneous charge an I arrived on time. I waited over 4 hrs for a simple oil change. That's unacceptable. When I received the bill there was a $10 miscellaneous charge and no one could explain what it was for. To make things worse I lost the bottom oil cap while driving because the mechanic didn't screw it on properly. I absolutely do not recommend the service here. More

I believe in the last 3 years, about 11 vehicles have been purchased from this great team. This makes it number 12. My daughter was is desperate needs of a replacement car, due to a blown engine.
